Meet the Team

We’re a passionate crew of innovators, designers, and customer advocates dedicated to your comfort and satisfaction. Our diverse backgrounds in audiology, product design, and technology fuel our drive to set new standards in hearing protection.  The founders worked together twenty years prior to starting Fen X Custom.  We had all gone on to other companies, gaining the skills and knowledge that led us to this opportunity.

Why the Fennec Fox?

Besides having incredibly large ears, the tiny fennec fox is know for being playful, intelligent ,curious and very cute but with few defenses.  They rely on their acute hearing for  their  survival.  We felt this perfectly encapsulates our company and the culture we hope to foster.  We may be a small player in the hearing protection world surrounded by giant competitors but we believe bringing together the smartest people with a curious and playful approach  we can not only survive but prosper.  It helps if they are cute too!
