Shipping Policy

The Fen X Custom shipping policy is really simple – ALL custom earplugs ship for FREE to any location in the US! Orders for accessory items under $ 50.00 have a $5.00 shipping fee. Orders shipping to non-US locations will be charged the actual shipping fee. Fen X Custom does not pay any customs fees or tariffs for orders shipped outside the US. Please contact customer service to find out the shipping cost for non-US delivery.

We ship all orders by USPS unless specifically requested by the customer. Please contact customer service to find out the shipping cost if you want expedited shipping via Fed Ex or UPS.
