Returns

Fen X Custom is proud to offer custom ear plugs and sleeves and we stand by the quality and value of our product. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. We do accept returns for up to 30 days from the delivery date. The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible, and with all included parts to receive proper credit.

Because our products are custom-made, to qualify for returns, the customer must have shown a reasonable willingness to provide us with feedback regarding their fitting issues, providing Fen X Custom a reasonable chance to fix the issues experienced by the customer. Our feedback procedure has the single purpose of providing us with sufficient data to rebuild the ear plugs for the customer and send a working second pair.

The feedback process is as follows:

  1. We need to ensure that the customer is wearing the ear plugs properly. A member of our Customer Service team will work with the customer to ensure the plugs are properly inserted into the ear.
  2. If the previous item does not resolve the issues at hand, we will further investigate the problem the customer may be experiencing, including:
    • Asking the customer to provide product feedback based on standardized questions emailed to the customer from our customer service team
    • Asking the customer to provide two pictures of wearing the ear plugs, one picture showing the from the left ear and one picture showing the earplugs in the right ear.
  3. Based on the input extracted from the steps above, Fen X Custom will produce and ship a new version of the product to the customer
  4. If this pair does not fix the issues at hand, the customer will qualify for a refund. We will refund 100% of the purchase price of the item upon receipt of the returned item.

    If you are returning an item, all return shipping charges must be prepaid. Please secure the item in its original packaging and return it via UPS or other carrier to:
